If your lodge uses Lodge Command and you have a question about your own membership record — your dues status, your contact details, or the messages you receive — your lodge secretary is the fastest path. They administer your lodge's data directly. We're happy to help if you can't reach them.
We aim to respond to email within one business day. Opt-out requests (STOP) take effect immediately and automatically, without needing to contact us.
