These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lodge Command ("Service"), operated by Lodge Command LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Lodge Command is designed for officers of Freemason lodges — including Worshipful Masters, Wardens, Secretaries, Treasurers, and other authorized lodge administrators ("Account Holders"). By registering, you represent that you are an authorized officer of the lodge you are registering, with authority to manage lodge communications and member records.
You must provide accurate information when registering your lodge, including your lodge's legal name, physical mailing address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
As an Account Holder (an officer of the lodge), you are responsible for the member data you enter into Lodge Command. You represent that:
You agree to use Lodge Command only for legitimate lodge communications and management. You may not use the Service to:
Program description. Lodge Command LLC operates a text message program that sends lodge event reminders, meeting announcements, schedule updates, and dues reminders to members who have opted in. Lodge Command LLC is the sender of all messages in this program.
How to opt in. Enrollment is by affirmative consent only. A member visits a Lodge Command opt-in web form and checks a separate, unchecked consent box. Providing a mobile number is optional — the form can be submitted without one. We never add a number to the program without that deliberate action.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your lodge's activity. Most members receive a small number of messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Lodge Command does not charge members for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Privacy. We do not share mobile numbers or consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Lodge Command is offered as a paid subscription service to lodges. Pricing is displayed at the time of sign-up and may change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
During your free trial period, no payment is required. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that causes harm to others or violates applicable law. Upon termination, your lodge's data will be deleted within 90 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodge Command LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Account Holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
